Camp Z · a program of Collective Z
Privacy policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
Camp Z is operated by Collective Z LLC, a contemporary art gallery at 325 Broome Street, 1W, New York, NY 10002 (“we,” “us”). This page explains what information we collect through camp-z.com and our advertising, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Drop list. If you join our collector drop list, we collect the email address you submit.
- Interest forms in ads. If you respond to one of our ads (for example, an application-interest form on Instagram or Facebook), we receive the information you submit there — typically your name and email address.
- Artist applications. Applications are submitted through Jotform and are governed by Jotform’s own privacy policy in addition to this one. We receive what you submit: contact details, artwork images, and application answers.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site. We do not run analytics trackers or advertising pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To send you what you asked for — the application link, drop announcements, or program updates.
- To review applications and run the Camp Z program.
- To respond when you contact us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that make the site and program work (Netlify for hosting and form handling, Jotform for applications, Meta for ad delivery, and our email tools).
Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time by emailing info@camp-z.com. Transactional emails (for example, replies about your application) are sent as needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@camp-z.com. We keep application materials only as long as needed to run the program and our records.
